Works in your browser. Nothing to install. Your data is stored encrypted on our servers in the EU.

A böngésződben fut. Nincs telepítés. Az adataid titkosítva, EU-s szervereken tárolódnak.

1. Create your account

   Go to the homepage and click Start Free. Sign up with your email. No credit card needed — the free plan includes 100 transactions per month, forever.

2. Hozd létre a fiókod

   Menj a kezdőoldalra és kattints a Start Free-re. Regisztrálj e-maillel. Bankkártya nem kell — az ingyenes csomag havonta 100 tranzakciót tartalmaz, korlátlan ideig.

3. Add your company

   Click Add Company, enter the company name and pick your country. The country decides which official tax forms the system prepares for you ( 40 countries supported ).

4. Vedd fel a céged

   Kattints az Add Company-ra, add meg a cég nevét és válaszd ki az országot. Az ország határozza meg, hogy mely hivatalos adóűrlapokat készíti el neked a rendszer ( 40 ország támogatott ).

5. Get your numbers in — 3 ways

   📷 Receipts: photograph or upload them; AI reads the vendor, date, amount and tax automatically.
   🏦 Bank statement: upload the CSV export from your bank.
   ✍️ Manual: type transactions in by hand.

6. Töltsd be a számaidat — 3 mód

   📷 Nyugták: fényképezd le vagy töltsd fel; az AI kiolvassa a kiállítót, dátumot, összeget és az adót.
   🏦 Bankkivonat: töltsd fel a bank CSV-exportját.
   ✍️ Kézi: kézzel is beviheted a tranzakciókat.

7. Let the AI work

   Every transaction is categorized automatically ( income, expense, tax category ). Something wrong? Fix it with one click — the AI learns from your correction.

8. Hagyd dolgozni az AI-t

   Minden tranzakció automatikusan kategorizálódik ( bevétel, költség, adókategória ). Hiba van? Egy kattintással javítod — az AI tanul a javításodból.

9. Download your tax forms

   Open Forms → choose your country's forms ( e.g. Hungarian EKHO/ÁFA, German ESt/USt ) → Generate → download as PDF. Deadlines and official submission channels are shown for each form.

10. Töltsd le az adóűrlapokat

    Nyisd meg a Forms menüt → válaszd az országod űrlapjait ( pl. magyar EKHO/ÁFA, német ESt/USt ) → Generate → PDF-letöltés. Minden űrlaphoz ott a határidő és a hivatalos beadási csatorna.

11. Ask questions ( optional )

    Use the built-in AI chat to ask things like "How much VAT do I owe this quarter?" — answers come from your own numbers, not generic advice.

12. Kérdezz ( opcionális )

    A beépített AI-chatben kérdezhetsz ilyeneket: „Mennyi ÁFA-t kell befizetnem ebben a negyedévben?" — a válaszok a saját számaidból jönnek, nem általános tanácsok.

The same accounting engine runs on your own computer or server. Your documents never leave your machine — only the license check uses the internet. Intro price: $9.99/month, all 40 countries included.

Ugyanaz a könyvelő-motor fut a saját gépeden vagy szervereden. A dokumentumaid sosem hagyják el a gépedet — csak a licenc-ellenőrzés használ internetet. Bevezető ár: 9,99 $/hó, mind a 40 ország benne van.

Who is this for? Companies with strict confidentiality rules, accountants handling client data, or anyone who simply prefers full control.

What you need ( the shopping list )

Ami kell ( bevásárlólista )

1. Get your license key

   Subscribe on the pricing page → Self-Hosted ($9.99/mo). Within minutes you receive an email containing your key. It looks like: aa_sk_1a2b3c…. Keep it private — it is your subscription.

2. Szerezd meg a licenckulcsot

   Iratkozz fel az árazási oldalon → Self-Hosted ( 9,99 $/hó ). Perceken belül e-mailben megérkezik a kulcs. Valahogy így néz ki: aa_sk_1a2b3c…. Tartsd titokban — ez a feliratkozásod.

3. Install Docker ( 5 minutes, one time )

   Docker is a free program that runs the agent safely on your machine.
   Windows/Mac: download Docker Desktop from docker.com, install, restart, done.
   Linux: run this one line in a terminal:
   

   curl -fsSL https://get.docker.com | sh

4. Docker telepítése ( 5 perc, egyszer )

   A Docker egy ingyenes program, ami biztonságosan futtatja az agentet a gépeden.
   Windows/Mac: töltsd le a Docker Desktopot a docker.com-ról, telepítsd, indítsd újra a gépet, kész.
   Linux: futtasd ezt az egy sort terminálban:

5. Create the agent's settings file

   In a new folder, create a file named config.json with exactly this content — replace aa_sk_YOUR_KEY with your real key from the email:

6. Hozd létre az agent beállítófájlját

   Egy új mappában készíts egy config.json nevű fájlt pontosan ezzel a tartalommal — az aa_sk_YOUR_KEY helyére az e-mailből kapott valódi kulcsot írd:

7. Start the agent ( one command )

   Open a terminal ( Windows: PowerShell ) in that folder and run:
   

   docker run -d --name aa-agent --restart unless-stopped \
     -v $PWD/config.json:/etc/aa-agent/config.json \
     -v $PWD/data:/var/aa/data \
     -v $PWD/out:/var/aa/out \
     ghcr.io/ai-accountant/aa-agent:latest

   You will see a long ID — that means it started. It will also start automatically after reboot.

8. Indítsd el az agentet ( egy parancs )

   Nyiss egy terminált ( Windowsen: PowerShell ) abban a mappában, és futtasd:

   Egy hosszú azonosítót látsz — ez azt jelenti, hogy elindult. Újraindítás után magától elindul.

9. Check it's alive ( 10 seconds )

   docker exec aa-agent wget -qO- http://127.0.0.1:8787/health

   You should see "licensed": true. Congratulations — it's running.

11. Day-to-day use

    Drop receipts, invoices and bank CSVs into the data/ folder. Generate forms:

    Filled PDF forms appear in the out/ folder. That's your filing package.

12. Napi használat

    Dobd a nyugtákat, számlákat és bank-CSV-ket a data/ mappába. Űrlapok generálása:
